Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this new image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
